HOW TO PREPARE
If you want to create that beautiful beach and timeless feel, it is quite common to see everyone dressed in classic white shirts paired with jeans or khaki pants for beach portraits. You will want to choose your clothing carefully so that it does not become the focal point of the image, which is why it's a wise idea to avoid extremely bold patterns. However, don't hesitate to mix and match various colors and patterns that reflect your personal taste. I encourage you to dress in a way that showcases your individual style and personality while still maintaining a cohesive look.
Also, consider that if everyone is wearing the exact same color, the entire photo may take on that one consistent tone, which could limit the visual interest. If you decide you want to coordinate in similar colors, maybe bring along a few extra color variations to give you the option to mix it up a bit for added depth. Sunburns and tan lines can be quite common when enjoying a vacation in the sun, so try to avoid spending too much time in direct sunlight before the session, and remember to always apply plenty of sunscreen in the Florida sun to protect your skin.
As a general guideline, it's best to avoid wearing clothing with visible logos, as they can be quite distracting and pull focus away from the subjects of the photo. Additionally, bulky pockets can be an eyesore, and it's advisable to leave objects in your pockets, such as wallets and cell phones, either in the car or in a separate bag or backpack to keep the look clean. Regardless of the clothing you ultimately choose, make sure you feel comfortable and confident in what you are wearing.
